Memphis-area February ACT Workshop (No Science)

DESCRIPTION

The Jane Ross Tutoring ACT workshop includes the content our instructors have been sharing with test takers for almost 5o years. Students will learn strategies for the math, English, and reading sections of the ACT with a focus on timing strategies and a review of critical material students need to know for the test.

Since the science section of the test is now optional, we are making it an optional add-on for our standard workshop. By registering for this workshop, your student is signing up for the version of the workshop that does NOT include the extra hour of prep for the science test (which will be 8:30-9:30am). If your student wants to attend the additional hour for science prep, please register for the "Science Included" version of our workshop.

For the workshop, students will need to bring a pencil and calculator. We will provide all other instructional materials. During the lunch break (typically 11:45-12:15), students will be allowed to go quickly to a nearby fast food restaurant, or students may bring a sack lunch with a drink and eat in the classroom.

Students canceling a class in advance will receive a credit for another class or workshop. No cash refunds.
