Refunds may be issued under the following conditions: Class or workshop cancellation by Jane Ross Tutoring. Customer cancellation before the specified deadline for a full or partial refund, as outlined in the class or workshop description. Failure to deliver the class or workshop as described.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at contactus@janerosstutoring.com. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds for canceled classes or workshops will be issued promptly. For customer-initiated cancellations, refunds will be subject to any applicable cancellation fees or terms outlined at the time of purchase.
No refunds will be provided for classes or workshops that have already taken place, except in cases of class or workshop cancellation by Jane Ross Tutoring or failure to deliver as described.
